By accessing the Website, purchasing tools or equipment, downloading digital materials, or viewing training content, you agree to the following Terms, Safety Guidelines, Warranty Limitations, and Liability Disclaimers.

Material handling equipment includes, but is not limited to:

• carts and dollies

• strap systems

• panel lifters

• any tool or device used to grip, lift, roll, drag, position, or carry materials

 

By purchasing or using any material handling equipment from Outdoor Rental LLC, you acknowledge and agree:

1. Load ratings must never be exceeded.

2. Surfaces must be stable, clean, dry, and suitable for suction or clamping.

3. Material handling performance varies based on porosity, cleanliness, temperature, and jobsite conditions.

4. Improper use can cause dropped materials, equipment failure, property damage, or injury.

5. Outdoor Rental LLC does not guarantee performance on all materials or environments.

6. You are solely responsible for:

• verifying load capacity

• ensuring material compatibility

• inspecting equipment before each use

• using proper lifting angles and techniques

• providing adequate manpower

7. Outdoor Rental LLC and its owners are not liable for failures caused by:

• overloading or improper technique

• contaminated surfaces

• unsafe jobsite conditions

• operator error

• lack of training

8. You must discontinue use if equipment shows signs of damage or reduced performance.

 

Using material handling equipment without proper training can result in serious injury or death.

By using these devices, you assume all responsibility and risk.

Compaction equipment (including plate compactors, reversible compactors, and rammers) must be operated only by trained individuals using proper PPE.

By purchasing or using compaction equipment from Outdoor Rental LLC, you acknowledge:

• Incorrect operation can damage pavers, slabs, bases, or structures

• Improper use can result in serious injury

• Outdoor Rental LLC is not responsible for jobsite damage caused by misuse

• You assume full responsibility for ensuring surface suitability and safe operation

This applies to diamond blades, abrasive wheels, grinders, saw attachments, and any cutting product offered now or in the future.

By purchasing or using cutting tools, you acknowledge:

1. Cutting tools are inherently dangerous.

2. Proper PPE is required at all times (eye, hearing, respiratory, and hand protection).

3. Blades must be used only on approved machines and materials.

4. Blades must match or exceed the machine’s RPM rating.

5. Outdoor Rental LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by:

• kickback

• binding

• improper mounting

• damaged or worn equipment

• unsafe or incorrect cutting technique

6. You must inspect all blades before each use.

7. You assume all responsibility for safe and appropriate operation.

Used or pre-owned equipment (“Used Equipment”) is sold as-is with no warranty unless explicitly stated.

By purchasing Used Equipment, you acknowledge:

• Used items may show cosmetic wear or signs of prior use

• Manufacturer warranties may not apply

• Used equipment is non-returnable and non-refundable

• Outdoor Rental LLC and its owners are not liable for performance issues after delivery

• You assume full responsibility for inspecting and safely operating used equipment

All new tools and equipment sold by Outdoor Rental LLC are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.

 

Outdoor Rental LLC:

• does NOT provide any additional warranties

• does NOT guarantee manufacturer approval decisions

• does NOT guarantee repair/replacement timelines

• is NOT responsible for defects arising after delivery

• is NOT liable for downtime, job delays, or lost income

• limits liability strictly to the original purchase price

Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Because our products are professional-grade and cannot safely be resold once opened, all sales are final except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.

 

Outdoor Rental LLC does NOT accept returns for:

• buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• tools that have been opened, used, tested, or installed

• diamond blades, cutting wheels, or cutting tools

• lifting devices or material handling equipment

Returns are ONLY accepted if:

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
