The GRABO® High-Flow Vacuum Lifter is designed to help contractors move slabs quickly, safely, and with precision. Lightweight, versatile, and powerful, it’s ideal for handling a variety of materials, from natural stone and concrete pavers to wet cast and bluestone.

Because our products are professional-grade tools and equipment, all sales are final except in very limited circumstances.

No Returns or Refunds For:

Outdoor Rental LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Incorrect items ordered by the customer

• Any item that has been opened, used, tested, installed, or taken to a jobsite

• Diamond blades, cutting wheels, or abrasive products

• Material handling or lifting equipment

• Compactors, rollers, rammers, or heavy equipment

• Used or pre-owned equipment (sold strictly as-is)

• Digital products, downloads, templates, or training content

Once a product has left our control, it cannot be safely resold.

Returns Accepted ONLY If:

A return may be approved only if:

The item arrives damaged

The item arrives defective

The incorrect item was shipped

Return Requirements:

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Photo and/or video documentation is required

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Return approval is at the sole discretion of Outdoor Rental LLC

Refunds or replacements are issued only after inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We do not guarantee ship dates or delivery dates

Shipping Methods:

• Small items ship via standard ground carriers

• Heavy tools, compactors, rollers, and machinery may ship via freight

• Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise stated

Freight Deliveries:

For freight shipments:

• Customer is responsible for unloading

• Liftgate service may incur additional fees

• Missed delivery appointments may result in re-delivery charges

• Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt

Failure to note damage at delivery may void any claim.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return shipping (if approved) is the customer’s responsibility

• Carrier delays

• Weather delays

• Freight terminal issues

• Missed delivery appointments

• Theft after delivery

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged Shipments:

If an item arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 48 hours

• Provide clear photos and/or video

• Do not use the product

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.
